How to disable a particular tooltip? (Plasma)

First post question,
I'm using Plasma and would like to disable the tooltip just for the Application Launcher. I found the setting to disable all tooltips, but here's to hoping there's a roundabout way to disable them on an individual level for the Icons-Only Task manager panel? (and hoping I'm giving enough info/using the right terms)
Also, not sure if there's a more appropriate section to post this in?
Feel free to correct me all over the place, I could use the extra help.
