Kernel prepatch 6.9-rc6

The 6.9-rc6 kernel prepatch is out fortesting.

Things continue to look pretty normal, and nothing here reallystands out. The biggest single change that stands out in thediffstat is literally a documentation update, everything else lookspretty small and spread out.
