In just over 2 years, 91 people died while unhoused in Hamilton, researchers find

At least 21 people died while experiencing homelessness in Hamilton between June and November 2023, newly released data from the Hamilton Homeless Mortality Data Project shows. And since the group started collecting data in 2021, at least 91 people in the city have died while unhoused, it said.
