Frank Gore Jr. is eager to prove NFL teams wrong after going undrafted.

Gore, the son of former running back Frank Gore Sr., told reporters recently that being passed over in the 2024 NFL Draft has given him added motivation as he competes for a spot on the Buffalo Bills' roster.

"It pushed me a lot," Gore said. "I feel like there's no way 257 people are better than me in this draft, but now that process is over, I'm a Bill, and I'm here to compete. I'm here to push my teammates and push the running back room and try to get on special teams."

Gore played four seasons at Southern Miss, rushing for 4,022 yards and 26 touchdowns on 759 carries in 47 games. He earned first-team All-Sun Belt honors in 2022, second-team All-Sun Belt honors in 2020 and 2023, and was named the offensive MVP of the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl.

The 22-year-old's dad also played in Buffalo, suiting up for the Bills during the 2019 season.
