MPV with without mujs, What differences?

For a very long time I have been using the Slackbuild of http://slackbuilds.org with mujs.
recently I tried without mujs:
M3u works well.
The subtitles work well.
I may use 10% of what MPV can do.
Someone knows what Mujs gives?
