[SOLVED] rtorrent problem in debian with libxmlrpc

"rtorrent: error while loading shared libraries: libxmlrpc_util.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
"
package 'libxmlrpc-core-c3t64' is required but it only contains libxmlrpc_util.so.4
help.
EDIT:
I have found it in package 'libxmlrpc-core-c3' but it does not exist for 'testing' branch.
