Is copying these root folders to a new device fine, and have I missed any?

Ubuntu 22.04lts
New computer, want to be able to transfer over as many system settings etc as possible.
I have backed up the following folders:
/home
/etc
/usr/local
/opt
/var
/usr/share
/usr/include
1) Will simply pasting all those folders into the new OS be ok?
2) Any other folders I have missed or anything else in general I should be aware of?
Thanks
