K3B just heckin broken ig
When I plug it into my
I used the inxi command:
Code:inxi -d returns: Code:Optical-1: /dev/sr0 vendor: HP model: DVD Writer 1260d dev-links: cdrom
Features: speed: 125 multisession: yes audio: yes dvd: yes
rw: cd-r,cd-rw,dvd-r,dvd-ramand it also shows under "Disks" (linux disk manager thing) as:
"CD/DVD Drive
HP DVD Writer 1260d"
I can also write stuff to it using the system file browser
However, despite all this, it still says:
"No optical drive found.
K3b did not find any optical device in your system."
