Nerd-dictation cannot start

Have followed all instructions for installing but when entering i ./nerd-dictation begin --vosk-model-dir=./model &i in terminal it responds i
bash: ./nerd-dictation: Is a directoryi.
Changed directory to inerd-dictationi and entered ibegin --vosk-model-dir=./model &i
it responds i{1] 16988 begin: command not foundi
Have spent days trying to install this frustrating program.
I am very new to linux and have had a great deal of trouble with it but have been able to solve all problems so far, but not this one.
