How do I bypass Debian's insane "security"?

I have Debian 9 (Stretch) in a virtual machine.

Virtual machine. Safe.
No internet. And virtual machine. Safe.

Yes, it is safe. It is very safe.

I have no words to describe how safe it is.

Even if I had the words, you wouldn't believe how safe it is.

And if it is not safe, I don't care. It's a virtual machine and I have backups.

Plus I'm over 21, pay my own bills and taxes, I can drive a car. I can take care of myself.

OK?

Good.

Now, I have three Debian CDs permanently mounted on that virtual machine. I want to use those CDs as the only repositories. I don't want any other repository. Just the CDs.

I added them like this:

/etc/apt/sources.list
deb [trusted=yes] file=/media/cdrom0 stretch main-contrib
deb [trusted=yes] file=/media/cdrom1 stretch main-contrib
deb [trusted=yes] file=/media/cdrom2 stretch main-contrib

Does it work? Of course not! Debian owns my machine and won't let me choose the source of the software I want to use.

I searched and found these pages:

https://askubuntu.com/questions/7434...-checks-of-apt

https://askubuntu.com/questions/7329...ned-repository

https://superuser.com/questions/1331...mpting-to-upgr

I tried EVERYTHING on all of those pages. Debian won't budge. It just keeps telling me that the sources are unsigned and because of that it is VERY DANGEROUS (ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod) to use them.

I understand the concept of security, but when the very owner of the machine can no longer use the machine for basic needs, this has gone way beyond the threshold of ridiculous. This thing is designed by Mordac, Preventor of Information Systems.

Is anyone here charitable enough to share the super ultra mega Area-51-grade secret of how to make Debian accept those CDs (downloaded straight from debian-org by the way) as repositories?

If you are, thank you. I mean, thank you. Really really really really thank you.
