A Bondi-based businessman will be released while he awaits trial over foreign interference allegations after spending more than a year in custody.
Alexander Csergo was granted bail during a hearing at Sydney's Downing Centre district court on Friday on conditions including that he wear an ankle monitor to track his movements.
