Commands to Manage AD Users and Groups from Linux Mint 21.3

Which commands can be installed with linux mint to manage a windows server 2019 server from the linux mint command line? I see a single tool that looks promising, adtool, but I don't know where to install it from (which package). Also, if that's the tool we go with, I need to know how to use it (some working examples). It looks a bit complicated. Thanks!
