epoll_pwait2()

Hi,
the epoll_wait() man page says there is a variation called epoll_pwait2() which allows a nanosecond timeout, but I cant find it in any header file on Rocky 9.4, does anybody have any idea where its gone ?.
The manual says its in since kernel 5.11 and Rocky9.4 is at 5.14
