Bluetooth not connecting in Zorin 17 Pro

Hi,
I am running Zorin 17 Pro on a Dell Latitude with a dual boot with Windows 11, Bluetooth will not connect, I get the following error "br-connection-unknown
I am trying to connect Huawei Earbuds.
