Chromium Browser Icon installed But Does Nothing
by Horse732 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6P1ZS)
I am new to Linux Mint running FAYE 6. I somehow got Chromium installed and added its icon to my panel.
But nothing happens when I open it and try to search. I only get Aw Snap and this error code
Error code: SIGSEGV
But I clicked on the learn more option and got nothing but the same page.
I looked up SIGSEV on Google and found this:
Signal 11, also known as SIGSEGV (signal segmentation violation) is an error signal in Unix systems (Linux). The error appears when a program or code tries to access an invalid memory location.
That message was at this webpage https://support.google.com/chrome/?p=e_awsnap
Thanks
