Associate defaut application by extension instead of file type
by black-clover from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6P22C)
Hello,
I use different types of text files (TXT, SFZ, etc) that I wish to open with different applications by default (say TXT with geany and SFZ with linuxsampler).
However, in my file manager (spacefm) if I associate as default an application, this is automatically used to open all the files of that type, namely text files, regardless of their extension.
Is there a way to customize this behavior?
