Coil whine on HP Probook 640 G1

Hi,
I'm planing to replace my daily laptop from HP Elitebook 8460p to HP Probook 640 G1.
Currently both of them running Devuan Daedalus, but unfortunately "new" one is unusable on Linux at it's current state.
After boot is finished I'm starting to hear high frequency noise like coil whine. I can't locate exactly what is causing it, but it is not from speakers for sure.
So far on linux only passing acpi=off to kernel is causing noise to not occur. But then new problems arises like only 1 CPU core available.
I've tried disabling all(not at once) devices on BIOS, but it didn't help.
-There is no such problem on Windows.
-On Fedora LiveCD problem is the same
Is this laptop hardware not compatible with any Linux?
What can I do? Where to look?
