Can any of you not-in-the-US persons browse dnyuz.com?

For 20 years+ I could read articles at nytimes.com without a subscription when I browsed with lynx. Earlier this year they finally caught up with us lynx-users and give me only a few paragraphs - but not the opportunity to log in or subscribe that comes with other browsers and covers the few paragraphs. Often I can get by with those few. This is a useful tip.
I found that if I DDG-searched on a long-enough-to-be-unique string from the text of the article I would get a URI for another source, usually a plagiarist. The most common source was dnyuz.com. G**gle won't return these. In the last few days I can't browse anything from dnyuz.com. I can't even ping it. whois returns a real-looking record, in Armenia. downforeveryoneorjustyou tells me it's up. Reddit has a domain/dnyuz.com subreddit that I can't read any of.
I suspect it works in other countries, that DDG must be serving me from another country.
