Can you advise on a way to share sensitive files over the net with my non tech savvy mother?

She already has onedrive.
She will put sensitive files on there and think it is fine but I told her no.
When I try and explain to her you should not store anything sensitive online or in emails she just starts getting exasperated.
However she recently had a scam attempt with a common scam in the uk where the scammer poses as a child of the victim and starts with 'hi, mum' and goes on to try and extract money from the victim on the pretense they broke their regular phone and using this unknown number while giving a sense of urgency of some fictitious bill that must be paid.
She had the presence of mind to come and check with me in person before sending the money at which point she realized it was a scam and did not go any further.
This has now made her more security conscious but she still doesn't want to do any 'heavy lifting' in terms of research and told me to just find something that I am satisfied with and will work for both of us (cross platform as she uses windows) which will be acceptable security wise.
Personally if I were to upload to places like onedrive or equivalent I would encrypt with gpg first but due to her low patience for technical stuff I am not expecting her to do that. I wouldn't even want stuff like ID and stuff hanging around online though, but send it and then delete after.
Maybe if there were a user friendly windows gpg out there she would be ok with it. Is there? I have only used on linux and not used windows for years now so wouldn't know. Can anyone else advise on that?
That would have the advantage then that she could still use onedrive, which she is familiar with already, while transferring sensitive files.
I would still encourage her not to leave that stuff online.
She told me she just learned of a feature in onedrive called vault and having read an article about it it looks like it would be a step up from not using any added security and just having the files out in the open on onedrive but still, being microsoft, a huge attack surface, and also subject to non privacy respecting laws, not ideal.
So suggestions welcome, striking the balance between security and user friendliness for my elderly mother.
