One of the men convicted of abducting and raping Sydney bank teller Janine Balding before she was murdered in the 1980s has been returned to jail, where a magistrate said the frightening" rapist belonged.
Wayne Wilmot, 51, was placed under strict conditions when he left prison earlier in 2024, including requirements he be subject to electronic monitoring and not access pornographic material.
