plz, how to remove write protection from CRUZER usb flashdrive?

utube videos are either for windows or have people with accented, unintelligible English, and they're too quick with poor instructions. want the clicks but v poor, unusable. product. i am frustrated and angry with their poor efforts. pls, someone wise and patient verbosely tell me how to do it. my skills/knowledge are limited.
