[SOLVED] Kernel panic on boot after motherboard change
by eutampieri from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6PTKS)
Hi!
I'm trying to boot some recent Linux lives in my computer (Core Duo 8500, LGA755), to no avail (they kernel panic similar to here: https://www.linuxquestions.org/quest...de-4175544590/).
The previous system (LGA755 and same CPU) worked flawlessly.
I got Alpine Linux to netboot, and I can even boot an old Ubuntu 11.10 CD I had laying around.
Win10 works flawlessly.
