Issues with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers on Linux: Are there any solutions?

Guys, I need some advice. Is it always such a big problem with drivers on Linux? I tried several distributions, but none of them had working drivers for my network card, Bluetooth, and so on. I tried to install them manually, but the drivers I found online are only for Windows. I then asked ChatGPT, and it told me that my drivers work 'out of the box' only on Linux Mint, Ubuntu, and Pop!_OS. It also mentioned Manjaro and Zorin OS, but in some cases, I would have to install the drivers manually.
Does this mean that these are the only distributions that can work properly on my hardware, or is there a way to work around this, for example, by installing Windows drivers on Linux? Please, help.
