GParted question.

I ran out of space on my boot partition and need to enlarge it, but have a question about using GParted.
The problem is i don't remember the bios' password, so i can not set boot order.
Q-1.Could i use a DVD with GParted to resize it ?
Q.2.I do have a USB stick but don't see any way to format the USB per GParted instructions in Debian and can not install any other packages or install updates/upgrades as there is no space left on boot partition.
To make things easier, can someone post a contact email or link so i can request it be included in future releases ?
