Having trouble launching program for transcribing - Vibe

I came across a video about a transcribing program called Vibe on a YouTube channel called Lon.TV. (Here's a link to the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXYiJW8llXc&t=116s )

I downloaded the Vibe app from here - https://thewh1teagle.github.io/vibe/

The program installs on my computer easily enough using the QApt Package installer, which notes that all dependencies are satisfied. However, when I try to launch the program, the Vibe logo appears in the system tray at the bottom of the screen for a split-second, then nothing else happens - the program won't launch.
I'm using Ubuntu 22.04, actually, the Kubuntu version.
I've tried launching Vibe from the console window and I get this:
$ vibe
vibe: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by vibe)
vibe: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.38' not found (required by vibe)
I'm not sure exactly what prorgram is being listed above -- I found GLIBC 2.38 and installed it using the console window, (or maybe it was QApt package manager, it's been a couple of weeks), but after installing it, the Vibe program still wouldn't launch.

I have to refer to Zoom recordings in writing meeting minutes for an organization I'm in, plus I do television interviews with people in my job and in either case, a transcribing program would be very helpful. I'd be grateful for any insight on the Vibe app or how to install it on my computer.
Thanks.
