uv 0.3.0 released

Version 0.3.0 of the uvPython package and project manager has been released. Introduced inFebruary, uv is written in Rust and aims to be "Cargo forPython". Notable changes in this release include the addition ofinterfaces for managing projects, installingPython, and running scripts,along with adding new documentation.
