Dokuwiki femail.conf Slackware 15

Hello
I have one Slackware server; and dokuwiki can not send mail with passwords.
reading i found that i need femail.conf and i have not an idea!
The server is behind a router which i do not have access.
Is it possible to send mail in that condition? and how please?
