'We want to produce babies,' he told Gabbard, who shared her personal story about fertility treatments. The former president did not elaborate on how he would fund the measure, and it was unclear how he would accomplish it or if he was serious about the proposal, given the pivotal role he played in overturning Roe v Wade.
