Dual Boot issues after installing ubuntu

ey I just installed Ubuntu(so I have the newest full release) with a tutorial so later I can dual boot my windows and Linux. Everything worked great - now I have Ubuntu installed. The problem is after I restart my PC no boot menu is shown. - okay that can happen but when I enter the BIOS no other BOOT option is displayed only the ubuntu 500gb ssd.

NOTE: I have windows installed on another ssd (1tb) and I am certain that the files and everything still exist because, when I look at the SSD on Linux I see all the Windows files 3rd image

So now I looked for ways to fix it - nothing worked. But after one tutorial which told me to enable the launch CSM, so then I saw my 1tb drive in the boot menu - but not called as the Windows OS it's just the name of the hard drive.

And when I click on it to essentialy start up this message shows up ( quote: "Reboot and select proper boot device...")

So I am pretty certain that there must be a way to still access my windows because the files are all present but I can't manage to access it. Hopefully you can help me if anything isn't understandable please ask because this is really really important for me I would love to give you further information if needed. I really do need help and would be really thankful especially cause windows is my main OS for stuff outside of coding like gaming etc..

I followed countless tutorials on the Internet but wasnt able to find one with the exact problem.
