Corrupted filesystem. Ext2fsd
by abejarano from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6QD1Z)
Hello and thank you,
I have a dual boot Xubuntu 24 and Windows 11. I installed ext2fsd in Windows. When Windows was taking a very long time to close, I stupidly forced it to shut down. So now my filesystem is corrupted. You may check the output of fdisk in the attached file.
Fdisk -l /dev/nvme0n1p2 says "/home was not cleanly unmounted, check forced.",
and says "Free blocks count wrong for group 0 ..."
Is it safe to proceed with the suggestion to Fix?
