Slackware 15.0 64 bit: which Wine

A few months ago I installed Slackware 15.0, with AlienBob multilib. I am thinking of putting Wine in.
There is a slackbuild for Wine at Slackbuilds.org. It mentions being able to compile either in the traditional multilib way for the new WOW64 way. That means there are two ways to compile it.
Alien Bob has a slackbuild for Wine on his site. I become confused
when trying to see how it differed, especially regarding the mention of mingw-w64.
Which Wine & slackbuild combo should I use for my Slackware 15.0
system: the one in slackbuilds.org, or Alien Bob's?
