prof 7500 not recognized in device manager anymore

yesterday i connected prof dvb to laptop with windows 10 operating system and i installed driver for dvb and prof was recognized in device managee. but today when i connect dvb to pc only a voice heared and laptop not recognized prof. any solution. in other laptop with wun 7 dvb works fine.
