System failure.

Hello.
While trying to install the system from Ubuntu 22.04 to version 24.04, the computer froze. After turning it off and on again, the system tries to load (logo) and then displays a gray screen. I tried to reinstall the system from the disk. I set the BIOS to boot from CD/DVD, but it is bypassed and the system still tries to load from the disk. What actions should I take now?
