mysql error

Hi,
I have attached an image showing the mysql error I receive when I try to delete Chrome and update it. I am also getting mysql errrors when trying to update my linux system. I'm using Ubuntu on a desktop.

My software updater is failing to download repository information - asks me to check internet connection, but that has no problem.
