New (to me) device question rockchip 3566
by doctorwho8 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6QG0N)
Hello!
I've been looking at contraptions based on the rockchip 3566, all of them are of course ARM based and are running Android, and pose as TV Set Top Boxes. Has Slackware on ARM been ported to this platform?
I am asking because of this Hack A Day article, "A Clean Linux Installation for an Android TV Box" The author of the reviewed blog did choose a different distribution, one of the others based on Debian who're also successfully written for that platform, (they think).
