failed installation of Linux from USB to Laptop: detected media can not be used for installation

Dear,

I just bought yesterday laptop with windows 11 professsional and I wanted to install Kali Linux, I downloaded kali weekly iso file and used Rufus software to burn Kali to USB stick/drive, from USB I tried to install Kali on my laptop but it failed because detected media can not be used. I don't know if detected media means my USB drive or my SSD on laptop.

when I started Kali installation from USB to SSD, first I chose language, then location, configure keyboard and then detect and mount installation media: the detected media can not be used for installation. I click continue "load debconf preconfiguration file", it is written: the file needed for preconfiguration could not be retrieved from file:///cdrom/simple-cdd/default.preseed.

can you help? where I made mistake?

I tried to search Kali forum for similar failure of installation but I didn't find any help. new forum user registrations are not allowed.
maybe mistake is my USB installation maybe problem is my SSD on laptop which is occupied by windows.
I tried also to shrink C disk in windows, and to create new partition for Kali, now I have free 98GB NTFS for Kali linux.

details:
I downloaded kali-linux-2024-w36-installer-amd64.iso
my laptop has installed Windows 11 professional
my USB stick/drive is 64GB Kingston Data Traveler, NTFS partition.
