Member Intro Forum - Loads of spammers

In the same vein as what dugan posted about the ChromeOS forum, the "Member Intro" forum also has a good number of spammers/spam posts. Some 'hidden links', etc., and they've all been reported numerous times. All of them are still there.
Oddly enough, *SOMETIMES* the spammer is banned, but the spam post/links remain (???)
