Identify old Chromebook power connector
by dracolich from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6QREF)
Hi, guys. This is probably a simple question but I am struggling a little.
I have an old ASUS Flip C100PA Chromebook that uses a small rectangular power connector - like a square micro usb including the two tiny flaps on the bottom. I think it might be proprietary to ASUS. I like to carry it with my main laptop in the same case, but having both laptops plus both power cords is a tight fit.
I could just use two separate laptop cases, or carry the power cords in a separate bag. But my ideal solution would be a universal cord that fits both, so I'm wondering if one exists that includes this connector.
So far all I find is one kit sold under many names and includes 16 tips, none of which are this one. Does this connector have a name that can be searched for? I can't seem to find one except "small square" and it doesn't help. It also isn't helping that the usb-c cords for newer Chromebooks are flooding my search results.
Thanks
