fail boot: Filesystem mounted or opened exclusively by another program?

I doubt that Slackware users running default Slackware kernel see this error. Nevertheless maybe someone has an idea what changed in 6.10.9 and later.
Interestingly, xanmod or liquorix 6.10.9 and 6.10.10 do not have this issue. I assume that some patches were not applied yet that is why xanmod and liquorix 6.10.10 work. All kernels are custom.
