Judge to decide fate of man charged in stabbing death of teen cousin at family barbecue in Hamilton

The defence says Laureano (Lawrence) Bistoyong should be found guilty of manslaughter, arguing he didn't intend to kill his cousin at a family barbecue in Hamilton when he plunged a knife into his chest last year.
