Is my OmniMobile 25,600 pro power bank incompatible with Linux

I used this successfully with my Dell windows OS laptop for my previous job. It does not charge my personal Linux Ubuntu Dell XPS 13 however.I've also tested it with another windows laptop and it charges fine. Omni support suggests:
