How do I leave my PC unattended without screwing up the monitor setup? | XFCE 4.18 Void Linux

I have a HDMI monitor (primary) and a DVI-D monitor (extended to right). When my PC resumes from suspend, sometimes the HDMI monitor will not register in XFCE settings. Only by replugging, activating, and messing with configuration in arandr can I get the HDMI monitor to come back to life. This latest occurrence: I left the house for half an hour so I locked the screen and physically turned off both monitors. I came back to the same situation that I sometimes get from suspend.

I'm using kernel version 6.6.52_1 from Void's repos. The graphics card is a Radeon RX 580 8GB. My primary monitor is an HP 25es, and extended monitor is a Dell E207WFPc.
