Bootsplash

Hi,

I would like to install a bootsplash screen when starting Slackware, like the one on Linux Mint.

I found this:

But these links seem outdated, the sites provided as references (http://www.bootsplash.org, http://www.yzzerdd.net/slackware/fil...sh-3.1.tar.bz2) no longer work or no longer provide the files (patch) needed to set up a bootsplash.

Has anyone managed to install a splashboot on Slackware 15 and how should I proceed? Where can I download the patch for kernel 5.15?
