This might be the last-gen Galaxy Watch, but hardware-wise, you're not missing out on much besides a slightly faster processor and a new 3-in-1 BioActive sensor. (That said, Samsung doesn't make much use of the new sensor yet outside an experimental new Advanced Glycation End Products metric.) The 43mm Bluetooth version is $269.93, while the larger 47mm is $281.99.
Personally, this is the Galaxy Watch I'd pick for myself. While I like the newest Galaxy Watch 7 (which is also on sale for $261), I found myself missing the Classic's rotating bezel.
