What's New on Netflix in January 2025

Netflix is starting off 2025 with new installments of various popular reality series, a handful of documentaries and comedy specials, and weekly live content.

Notably, the streaming service is cementing its commitment to live events as the new exclusive home of WWE: Raw starting in 2025. The debut will stream on Jan. 6 at 8 p.m. ET with appearances from John Cena and The Rock and a new theme song from Travis Scott. Weekly episodes will air every Monday following. (By the time Raw premieres on the platform, Netflix will have also streamed two NFL Christmas Day games.)

January also brings a new version of Love Is Blind: Germany (Jan. 3), with episodes dropping weekly on Fridays, and Selling The City (Jan. 3), a spinoff of Selling Sunset about luxury real estate in New York City. Viewers of both (and those who like the Real Housewives franchise) may also want to try W.A.G.s to Riches (Jan. 22), a "docu-soap" following affluent Miami career women who are also the (ex-) wives and girlfriends of rappers and professional athletes.

Other documentaries this month include Don't Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever (Jan. 1) from Fyre director Chris Smith about the routines of immortality-obsessed Bryan Johnson, and Jerry Springer: Fights, Camera, Action (Jan. 7), a two-part series that goes inside the popular '90s daytime talk show.

The comedy lineup for the month includes specials from Gabriel Iglesias (Legend of Fluffy, Jan. 7), Ari Shaffir (America's Sweetheart, Jan. 14), and Liza Treyger (Night Owl, Jan. 28).
