Plum reportedly heads to Sparks and Loyd to Aces in WNBA blockbuster trade

Kelsey Plum is headed to the Los Angeles Sparks as part of a three-way trade that will send Jewell Loyd to the Las Vegas Aces, according to a person familiar with the deal.

The Sparks traded the No 2 pick in this year's draft and Li Yueru to the Seattle Storm, who will also get a 2026 first-round pick from the Aces. Los Angeles receive the No 9 pick in the 2025 draft and a 2026 second-round pick from Seattle in return. The Aces got the 13th pick in the 2025 draft from the Sparks. The person spoke on condition of anonymity on Sunday night because no official deal has been announced.
