RISC-V images for Fedora Linux 42

The Fedora Project's RISC-Vspecial-interest group (SIG) has announcedthe availability of FedoraLinux42 images for supportedRISC-V boards, as well as QEMUand container images. The SIG is working toward making RISC-V aprimary architecture for Fedora, and has made significant progress inthe past year.

Our upstreaming work continues apace, and we want to acknowledgethat none of this progress would be possible without the incrediblecollaboration from maintainers across the Fedora Project andbeyond. Thank you to everyone who reviewed, accepted, merged, andbuilt our patches. Your support makes this architecture possible.

We're also excited about just how many packages build cleanlywithout special treatment or overlay repositories that need to becared for. RISC-V is becoming just another architecture, and that'sexactly how it should be.
