Bruce Lehrmann will demand access to Facebook messages his legal team claims were sent by a Network 10 solicitor to the alleged victim in his rape case.

Lehrmann, who is on bail and yet to formally enter a plea, is accused of raping a woman twice during the morning of 10 October 2021.
