Chances are your fantasy football lineup came out of Week 3 with at least a minor blemish. There were plenty of big injuries on Sunday, the most notable names being receivers CeeDee Lamb and Mike Evans along with running backs James Conner and Najee Harris. Below we'll recap the injuries from last week and look ahead to Week 4.

Week 3 injury recap

CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys (ankle) - Lamb was forced to exit Sunday's loss to the Bears with an ankle sprain and did not return. The Cowboys are still running tests but Lamb believes he can "absolutely" play in Week 4 vs. the Packers. If Lamb misses any time, George Pickens and Jalen Tolbert would be the primary wideouts with TE Jake Ferguson getting a big bump. He had 13 catches for 82 yards in Week 3.

Mike Evans, WR, Bucs (hamstring) - Evans left late in the Bucs' wild win over the Jets in Week 3. He's undergoing more tests so we'll need to wait to get more information. If Evans were to miss any time, rookie Emeka Egbuka becomes the unquestioned No. 1 option for Baker Mayfield. It's also a bump to Sterling Shepard and Tez Johnson. Also note Chris Godwin (ankle) could return in Week 4.

James Conner, RB, Cardinals (ankle/knee) - Conner was carted off after a rough lower-body injury vs. the Niners and will reportedly be out for the rest of the season. He finished with nine carries for 22 yards before Trey Benson took over in the backfield. Benson had 10 carries for 42 yards and three catches for another nine yards. With Conner likely out for the season, Benson becomes a strong RB2/FLEX option with RB1 upside if he gets the volume.

Najee Harris, RB, Chargers (Achilles) - Harris is reportedly done for the season after going down with a non-contact injury. Omarion Hampton takes over the backfield from here on out. That'll make the rookie a pretty strong RB2 with RB1 upside in what's looking like a top-10 offense in Los Angeles.

Terry McLaurin, WR, Commanders (quad) - Scary Terry left what turned into a blowout for the Commanders vs. the Raiders. The injury took place in the fourth quarter, so there's a chance this was precautionary. Monitor McLaurin's practice status all week. If McLaurin misses any time, Luke McCaffrey jumps onto the waiver wire radar for Week 4.

Alec Pierce, WR, Colts (concussion) - Unfortunately, Pierce has a history with concussions, so this likely means he'll be placed into the NFL's concussion protocol. If that's the case, it's unlikely Pierce will play in Week 4. The Colts have a tough test against the Rams but Josh Downs and Michael Pittman Jr. get bumps if Pierce is out. Same goes for TE Tyler Warren and we may see more snaps for Adonai Mitchell.

Mac Jones, QB, 49ers (knee) - Jones was injured late in the win over the Cardinals on Sunday. He had to wear a knee brace late in the contest. If Brock Purdy can't return and Jones isn't ready for Week 4, it could mean San Francisco would have to turn to third-string Adrian Martinez.
