Rashee Rice, Chiefs - Rice is an interesting case because I could make an argument for him being a buy or a sell depending on where your team is at. If you're 0-3 and holding onto Rice, you should definitely consider trading him for a piece that can help you get back on track. However, if you're 2-1 or 3-0 then trying to trade for Rice should be your top priority. Though he's still a few weeks away from returning, the Chiefs are in desperate need of their No. 1 receiver. Reports about his health in the summer were positive and the suspension has given him more time to recover, so he should hit the ground running in Week 7 and push for top-15 fantasy stats. If you're in a position of strength and the manager with Rice is in the opposite situation, you have to act now. The closer we get to his return, the less likely people will be to tade him.

Sell

Marvin Harrison Jr., Cardinals - Harrison has been the victim of great expectations. Sadly, it doesn't appear he'll ever become the star people thought he could be in the pros. Perhaps on another offense things would be different, but the problems that plagued him last year in Arizona haven't gone away. Kyler Murray isn't the right quarterback to get the most out of the young wideout and tight end Trey McBride is firmly established as the Cardinals' top pass-catcher. Harrison has been held under 50 yards in 60% of his games since entering the league and this week he'll take on a Seahawks defense that kept him under that mark in both their matchups last year. While he'll have some boom weeks, more often than not Harrison won't make an impact in your fantasy lineup.

This isn't a sell-high, it's a sell-low before his name-value wears off.
